After an absence of two years, the Accroche-cœurs are back from Friday 9 to Sunday 11 September. They are reinvesting Angers city centre for a more festive reunion than ever! Dances, XXL shows, strolls or artistic installations, immerse yourself in the heart of the festival for a weekend.
The opening night
Let’s get together for the launch of the festival at Place du Ralliement!
After a welcome with fanfare and the launch by the historical master of ceremonies of the Accroche-coeurs, Calixte de Nigremont, you will dance to the delirious choreographies of Michel Vedette, before travelling between heaven and earth…
The heart of the festival will stretch from Jeanne-d’Arc square to the Saint-Serge plain, via the Mail garden.

Imagine a air show around a hot air balloon. Follow the journey of a giant puppet as it marches from the Jardin du Mail to the Square Jeanne-d’Arc. Imagine the walls of the city being transformed as a luminous, video and sound story is created with the Angevins.

The garden of flavours
The must-have food court of the Accroche-coeurs is moving to the Mail garden. This garden will be rich with proposals allowing festival-goers to consume smart and support local associative projects.
The association la Gamelle has imagined this comfortable and friendly place… Just like at home!
In the kitchen: the associations L’R de Rien, le 122, La Bibliothèque Anglophone, Art-Thiossane, Dadabe, Olda, Solidarifood and Aminaa.
And the guests are numerous: La Grande Collecte de Food’Angers, La compagnie Oh!, Le micro-trottoir, Fishbrain, Ackerman, La Fédération Viticole Anjou Saumur, Geebang, Cocycler, Solidarité internationale…
On site, happy AND responsible consumption: valuing local products, compostable dishes, waste sorting and green brigade (remember to come with your reusable water bottles).

Beyond the heart of the festival, other venues will come alive throughout the city with artistic proposals to discover on street corners and squares.
Let yourself be surprised! Throughout the weekend, concerts, theatre, brass bands and strolls await you from the café terraces to the Jardin des Plantes, from Place du Ralliement to Place Imbach.
