- RECEPTION – FRIENDLY WELCOME – TAILOR-MADE SERVICE
Our reception is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our friendly staff speak several languages and provide you with a warm welcome and tailor-made service. To make your stay in Angers easier, our reception staff can book you a taxi or provide you with directions for your stay. We can also send and receive your mail and parcels, and provide you with a wake-up call. The reception can print your documents on request (for a fee) and offers luggage storage to facilitate your sightseeing on the day of your departure.
On arrival you will be asked for a credit card guarantee to gain access to your room. If you pay in cash, you will be asked for proof of identity and a deposit of €150.

We offer 2 breakfast options:
– Breakfast in our breakfast room from 6.30am to 10am on weekdays and 7am to 10.30am on weekends for 18 €/person.
– Breakfast to take away from 5am at the rate of 8€/person ( please confirm the evening before with the reception)
– Breakfast is €12/person for children aged 6 to 12 inclusive.
Breakfast is free for children under 6 years old.

The Mail public car park is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Rates: on a sliding scale according to the length of the parking period.
The LECLERC public car park hosts the market every Saturday from 8:00 to 13:30. Remember to move your vehicle on Friday evening to park in our private car park or in the underground car park at the Mail.
- OUR PREMIUM SERVICES
FLOWERS – The Floral Service is the perfect choice to make your stay unforgettable. Contact the reception to book your bouquet and our staff will place it in your room. The cost varies according to the chosen arrangement, starting at 35€. (Tailor-made floral arrangements possible) Service not available on Sunday afternoon and Monday morning.
