It was in Angers (49), in the heart of the Hôtel d’Anjou****, that the new Odorico restaurant opened last January.

After 6 months of work, this new Anjou restaurant was unveiled in an Art Deco écrin: the predominantly blue mosaics designed by mosaic artist Isidore Odorico are enhanced by contemporary furniture, as well as the mouldings, mirrors, parquet flooring and planted bar area that adorn the space.

At the piano is chef Kevin Bougard. Having worked in a number of Michelin-starred hotels, including L’Adret*** (38) and the Michelin-starred restaurant at the Hôtel Métropole Monte Carlo***** (98), and trained in Italian cuisine with Ricardo Bertolino, he is now offering an Italian-Bretonian menu. On the ‘Mosaic’ menu, served in the evening: Papardelles with lamb ragu, Spaghetti with squid ink, or Duo of chocolates and Cloud of meringue, rhubarb and aniseed. As for lunch, two formulas – classic and bistronomic – are on offer.
